Music Ministry is in an integral part of our liturgy, and many opportunities exist for you to share your talents with the community.

Our Parish Choirs
The 9:30 Mass Choir sings regularly at the 9:30 Sunday Mass and at special liturgies throughout the year. Teens and adults rehearse on Thursday evenings at 7:45 p.m. in the Church.
The 11:30 Mass Choir sings regularly at the 11:30 Sunday Mass and at special liturgies throughout the year. Teens and adults rehearse on Monday evenings at 7:45 p.m. in the Church.
The Children’s Choir is open to all children in the parish in grades 3-8. The choir sings every other week at the Saturday 5:00 Mass and at other events throughout the year. Rehearsals are on Tuesdays at 4:15 p.m.
The Lazarus Funeral Choir sings at every St. Michael funeral. Although members need not attend every funeral, they do need to be available on weekday mornings when most of our funerals are celebrated.
A Family Choir sings occasionally throughout the year at various Mass times. This is an opportunity for family members of varying ages (and abilities!) to minister together through music. There is usually one rehearsal the week prior to singing.
A Teen Choir sings occasionally throughout the year at various Mass times. Many of our teens are involved in the weekly Sunday choir, but this is an opportunity for teens only to minister together through music. There is usually one rehearsal the week prior to singing.
Instrumentalists are strongly encouraged to share their talent with our parish. Instrumentalists can play regularly at Mass or can be contacted only for special feasts and occasions.
